line bored, honed, and 0-degreed with torque plates
Crank: GM Nodular Iron (stock '97), polished
Rods: GM castings, resized, shot-peened, polished, and weight matched
Pistons: TRW forged flat-top 10:1, weight matched
Piston Rings: SpeedPro Plasma Moly, barrel-faced
Bearings: Clevite 77
Bolts: ARP throughout, Wave-loc Rod bolts
Rotating assembly: balanced and blueprinted
Oil pump: Melling M55HV(welded pickup)
Oil pan: stock
Heads:
Trick Flow 23 degree, 2.02 intake/1.60 exhaust, 195cc intake ports
Valvetrain:
Camshaft: LT4-Hot Cam, 218*/228* @ .050" , .525" lift intake & exhaust
Lifters: stock, roller
Pushrods: Trick Flow, Chrome Moly, 1-piece (7.300)
Rocker arms: Comp Cams Pro-Magnum 1.6:1 full roller rockers.
Intake:
Intake manifold: Siamese-ported stock base, port matched to runners and heads (Felpro 1205)
Runners: SLP siamesed, smoothed exits into base, ported down 1 inch
Plenum: stock, ported for 58mm TB, port matched to runners
Throttle body: BBK 52mm
Air Intake System: Tubing from 88 GTA, Fabricated CAI with K&N 9" cone
Exhaust:
Headers: SLP 1 3/4 coated, non-AIR
Convertor: Test Pipe (still testing it out) with 3" cutout.
Engine Management:
EFI: '730' GM Speed Density system
Injectors: 30lb SVOs are in (not pictured)
Regulator: BBK adjustable
Fuel pump: Walbro 255lt/hr HP with Hot-wire kit.
ECM: stock GM, modified AUJP EEPROM (still under development)
Ignition:
HEI, Accel cap and rotor, Accel 8.8 wires, AC FR3LS plugs
MSD 6A Ignition box (not pictured), MSD Blaster II coil
Cooling System:
180* thermostat
Fans: Both fans operated simultaneously via ECM or by a manual hot-at-all-times switch
Water Pump: Edelbrock Victor, aluminum, high volume
Misc:
Throttle body coolant bypass
AIR system: removed
EVAP system: removed
A/C system: removed (A/C delete box is in, see it here:
